1. Google Analytics

   To better understand how my users get here and what sites they come from, I use Google Analytics. Statistics are gathered in aggregate and no personal information is gathered from Analytics whatsoever.

2. Gathering of Form Information, "First Contact" Rule and Privacy Policy

   In order to allow for a means of contact, I provide a contact form. I do not contact anyone that has not previously contacted me, and you will not receive any email blasts, telemarketing, or any other form of cold contact as the result of your use of this site. If you receive a solicitation for business that appears to have been generated from this site, please discard it and/or contact me to let me know, as said contact did not originate, nor was it approved, by me.

   I do not distribute personal information in any further and will only contact you if it is necessary to resolve your questions/comments/suggestions about F.S. Base.

3. Distribution of Information

   Any data gathered and displayed on this site may be freely used by anyone who wishes to implement said data for the purposes of spam prevention and reduction. This includes, but is not limited to, reduction of spam in email, web forums, discussion boards and other similar forms of communication.

   This information may not be republished on any other website, in whole or in part, for purposes of profit. Data may be republished in part for non-profit and/or altruistic purposes (e.g. posting of form data within a web forum for the purpose of discussing and eradicating spam). Adam Senour reserves the right to determine the purpose of any data that has been deemed to be republished and, at his sole discretion, may ask for removal of said data.

4. Disclaimer

   This site and Adam Senour assumes no responsibility or legal liability for any damage or loss incurred, directly or indirectly, as the result of the use of this site. The information provided within this site is provided on an "as-is" basis only.

5. No Solicitation

   This website was created as an information portal for Adam Senour and, as such, no other solictiation is permitted whatsoever unless a specific request is made on the F.S. Base website for solicitation of a specific service. This includes, but is not limited to, outsourced design/development firms, web hosts, telephone service providers, ISPs, colocation providers, computer hardware and software companies, and consultants.

   If an unsolicited proposal for business is made via email, telephone, fax, regular mail, or personal service, Adam Senour reserves the right to generate an invoice of "net 30" terms for an amount of no less than $50 CDN as compensation for any inconvenience caused by such solicitation. Adam Senour reserves the right to generate an invoice for a greater amount at my sole discretion, depending on the level of inconvenience incurred. GST will be added to this total for those individuals and companies who do business in Canada.

6. Consent

   It is understood that use of the F.S. Base website constitutes implied consent to these terms and conditions. Failure to read this portion of the website does not imply non-acceptance of terms and conditions.

7. Ratification

   This section of the site may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of Adam Senour. All amendments to this section will be effective immediately upon publication on the F.S. Base website.
